Our hospitals are paperless and use IDEXX Neo for our electronic medical records. Our established clientele is friendly, easy to work with and expects that their pets receive high quality care. Most importantly our support staff is well-educated, well-trained, enthusiastic, dedicated, and fun, allowing our doctors to be incredibly efficient!
We care about the well-being of not only our clients and pets, but we place high priority on our staff’s work-life balance. The work week is typically 4 consecutive days (35-40 hrs.) with a rotating schedule on Saturdays (4hrs.) We are closed all major holidays and we do not require doctors to be on-call.

Requirements
Ideal qualifications:
New Grad or experienced vet who is committed to continuing to develop your clinical skills and increase your knowledge base
Licensed or license eligible to practice in Arizona
Team-oriented mentality that supports our positive, collaborative culture
Compassion, empathy, and integrity
Committed to and comfortable with offering and providing gold-standard medicine
